1. What kind of animal life can I expect to visit the property?

There are lots of quail that we feed to keep near the house and raccoons are common for much of the year. We usually get a visit by deer, and maybe a mountain lion or a bear during any given year. The birds are plentiful like the wild flowers and are of many varieties. When at this ranch one is living with nature to an extent not remotely possible in town.
